Privacy Policy

PremoSmoke (premosmoke.com) helps adults find cannabis deals at licensed Michigan dispensaries. PremoChat (premosmoke.com/chat) is its chat room. Both are run by AI Underground of Perry, Michigan. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who can use PremoSmoke and PremoChat

Both are for adults 21 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that someone under 21 has an account, we remove it.

What we collect on PremoSmoke

• Your searches: the filters you choose, such as category, price and distance, so we can show matching deals and see how the site is used.
• Your location: only if you allow it in your browser. We use it to find deals near you, and we keep it rounded to about half a mile, never the exact spot.
• A device number: a random number stored in your browser, so we can count visits and installs without knowing who you are.
• Ad views and clicks: counted in totals so advertisers know how their ads perform.

PremoSmoke does not ask for your name, email or phone number, does not keep your IP address with your searches, and does not track you across other websites.

What we collect on PremoChat

• Your email address: to send you sign-in codes.
• Your display name and, if you choose, your home city.
• Your birth year: you enter your full date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older, but we keep only the year, along with the date you confirmed your age and accepted the room rules.
• Your messages and the dates they were posted.
• Moderation records: warnings, mutes, bans and the messages that led to them.
• A sign-in cookie and a device number to keep you signed in and to stop abuse.

How messages are checked

To keep the room safe, messages may be checked automatically before they appear. Some checks run on our own server, such as looking for phone numbers and outside links. Others are made by an AI model from Anthropic, which receives the message and a few recent messages for context and replies whether a room rule was broken. Room monitors and our administrator can also see and remove messages.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of the service for us:

• DigitalOcean: hosts our servers.
• Supabase: stores our database.
• Resend: sends PremoChat sign-in codes by email.
• Anthropic: checks chat messages against the room rules.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members.

How long we keep it

We keep PremoChat account information while your account exists. Search records are kept so we can study how PremoSmoke is used over time. Records of bans are kept for as long as the ban applies, so that a banned member cannot simply return.

Your choices

• You can use PremoSmoke without allowing location; you will then need to search by area.
• You can ask us to delete your PremoChat account and its information by emailing us from the address you signed up with. We will keep only what we need to enforce a ban.
• You can clear the device number at any time by clearing your browser's data for premosmoke.com.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections, sign-in uses one-time emailed codes, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not post personal details in the chat; the room rules forbid it anyway.
