Terms of Use

These terms apply to PremoSmoke (premosmoke.com) and its chat room PremoChat (premosmoke.com/chat), run by AI Underground of Perry, Michigan. By using either, you agree to them.
Adults 21 and older only
You must be 21 or older to use PremoSmoke or PremoChat. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these terms and gets you removed.
What PremoSmoke is, and is not
- PremoSmoke shows deals and prices published by licensed Michigan dispensaries. We do not sell, deliver or handle cannabis, and nothing can be bought through our site.
- Deals and prices come from the stores' own public menus and can change or end at any time. Always confirm with the store before you go.
- Featured or sponsored listings are marked. Paying for an ad never changes how results are ordered.
- Follow Michigan law. Never drive while impaired.
PremoChat room rules
- No buying, selling, trading or setting up deals between members.
- Adults 21 and older only. Nothing involving anyone under 21.
- No personal information: phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses or anyone's full name.
- No harassment, hate, slurs or threats.
- No sexual content.
- No spam, advertising or links.
- No encouraging illegal or dangerous acts, such as driving high or shipping cannabis.
- No medical claims or medical advice.
How the rules are enforced
Messages may be checked automatically and by room monitors. A broken rule earns a strike, and strikes count for 90 days: the first is a warning, the second a 24-hour mute, and the third a 7-day ban along with a review for a permanent ban, which our administrator decides. Anything involving minors, or anything seriously harmful, may lead to an immediate permanent ban. We may remove any message or account at our discretion.
Your messages
You are responsible for what you post. By posting, you allow us to display your message in the room and to keep it for moderation and safety. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
No guarantees
PremoSmoke and PremoChat are provided as they are. We work to keep deal information accurate and the service running, but we do not guarantee that any price, deal, store hours or availability is correct, or that the service will always be available. Messages in PremoChat are the views of the members who post them, not ours.
Limit on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, AI Underground is not responsible for losses that come from using PremoSmoke or PremoChat, including relying on a listed deal, or from anything another member posts.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Questions: dwchio@marketpulseintel.com.
